Wow – those lyrics to that old song 9 to 5 really ARE so true.
“Tumble outta bed
And I stumble to the kitchen
Pour myself a cup of ambition”
I’ve been advised to NOT drink any coffee or tea for 24 hours. (I won’t go into details why. Nothing serious 🙂 ).
But my mood is SOOO different – and in a bad way.
I love my coffee and I rely on my coffee.
Without it – I’m irritable and completely lacking in AMBITION.
I have many things I need to do today – but without coffee these things all seem to hard.
A good man knows his limitations – So I’m going to “shut up shop” for today.
Better to wait and try again tomorrow!
